Refund Policy

This policy explains when a VectorCourt purchase can be refunded. We always honor the exceptions listed below, and we never refuse a refund that the law requires.

How VectorCourt is delivered

VectorCourt is accessed as a hosted service: you reach it over the network with an issued key or account, and access can be deactivated centrally. Because access is managed rather than delivered as a standalone binary, refund and cancellation terms can differ, including proration or immediate deactivation, per the plan or managed agreement for your account.

If you are on a VectorCourt plan and have a billing question, contact us and we will work it out against the terms of your plan.

We always refund these

Regardless of plan, you get a refund in these cases:

• Duplicate charges or an accidental duplicate purchase.
• A billing error on our side.
• Failed delivery: you paid but never received a working key or access.
• Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.
